4:30-5:45 p.m. – VIP/Sponsor Pre-event Reception / Rare Book Room
5:45-6:00 p.m. – Gathering in the Library of Michigan Forum
6:00-730 p.m. – Night for Notable Program with Keynote Speaker Stephen Mack Jones
7:30-9:00 p.m. – Afterglow Reception / Book Signing with Authors throughout the Library of Michigan

Parking is free in the Library parking lot immediately in front of the building. The suggested dress is business dressy. Light appetizers and beverages are included in your event registration. 

The Library of Michigan is located at 702 W. Kalamazoo St., Lansing, MI 48911. 

Books from our Michigan Notable Authors will be available for purchase that evening in the Michigan Historical Center Store.

The Night for Notables Reception on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the Library of Michigan is an annual celebration of the Michigan Notable Books selected as well as Michigan’s best writers. This year’s event celebrates 20 notable books and authors, features notable author Stephen Mack Jones as our keynote speaker, and is not to be missed!
